With support from Community Greenspace, the children have been out picking litter along Perth Lade - very keen they were too! We have also been very lucky to have been given a raised bed/planting area out on the Lade. You can see the children our here planting and they will also have responsibility for maintaining this space over time. Thank you to Community Greenspace for the funding that has been provided for this valuable community involvement work.
Our nursery Standards and Quality Report is published before each summer and gives an idea of the nurseries achievements over the past year. Please click the link below to see our report.
A fantastic day out - thank you to all of our parent and family helpers.
Lee Sheehan has been continuing to deliver play sessions this term and the block finished today with a giant play session. There was a rope swing, a rickety bridge and den-making play opportunities. We had a number of parents come along to play and see the benefits of "loose parts" and risky play for children. Watch this space for next term as we will be asking for parent play ranger helpers!
Children at COPECC dressed in red today for comic relief and had chance to chuck the wet sponge at Steve, all in the name of fundraising. Quite a few parents (and staff) had a shot too.
Lots of fun was had by children, staff and parents when Clanadonia came to play for us last week. Dancing, drumming and marching all round the playground.
